With all of the glitz and the glamour aside and us living in a world of sublime, the Burj al Arab tour gave way to one of the most unforgettable moments of the trip thus far. Our tour guide, Olga Valceva, accepted our parting gift in the most grateful way possible. On the verge of tears, she said our thank you will be placed on a shelf right in her office. After winning the International Receptionist of the Year Award in 2011, I am surprised she can make room for such a momento. We as a group cannot describe how rewarding of an experience this was. Thanks to Olga, the Burj al Arab and the unparalleled hospitality of this city for such a wonderful experience.
